Catching the Light
9 – 29 July 2021
As a Young Art artist, he made his debut at the Hamburg gallery after completing his studies. Eight years and four solo exhibitions later, we are presenting Simon Nelke’s new works in the exhibition “Lichterfang” at our branch on Sylt at Wattweg 1. Bringing old and hidden layers of colour to light is the form of artistic creation that drives the artist. Mystical-looking figures emerge from abstract backgrounds. This interplay between figuration and abstraction is characteristic of Simon Nelke’s work. The exhibition runs until 29 July. Please feel free to drop by at any time.
From 9 July to 29 July 2021 at Wattweg 1, Sylt
